For most of our vacation in Ireland we would be staying at the Inish Beg Estate in soutwestern County Cork near the town of Skibbereen. Inish Beg, which means "small island," is the northernmost of the Carbery Hundred Isles, and the estate has been renovated and turned into an idyllic resort by owners Paul & Georgiana Keane who purchased it in 1997.
